**Job Responsibilities and Requirements**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers and business partners, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Your duties will include:
* Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to Policyholders, Employees, Brokers, and Claimants
* Communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that callers understand their policy and contract details
* Resolving a wide range of questions and inquiries, from claim status and report requests to policy and contract information
* Assuming ownership and timeliness in supporting our customers and business partners, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
* Performing multiple tasks and navigating through multiple systems simultaneously to service customers and troubleshoot their questions and issues
* Following up on customer inquiries when necessary, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved
* Maintaining established levels of productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced environment
* Handling call volume and assigned service tickets/inquiries during assigned timeframes
* Completing assigned tasks and any other duties as assigned when needed
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Related Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a relevant associate degree highly preferred
* 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer problems in a timely and professional manner
* Financial Services or Insurance industry experience, with a strong understanding of policy and contract details
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with highly developed time management and organizational skills
* Ability to quickly build a rapport with customers, display empathy, and provide a high level of quality service
* Ability to multi-task and collaborate in a team-focused environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
