**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our 2nd shift team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional phone and chat support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to find creative solutions
* Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and company policies
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure our team's performance and identify areas for improvement
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or related industry
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related field

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
