About the Role: Customer Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
• Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

• Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a speed-measured environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
