Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify training and enablement needs across sales skills and internal processes, and develop comprehensive solutions that are executed through various mediums, including content creation, instructor-led live training, LMS courses, job aids, playbook development, coaching sessions, and more.
- Analyze programs to determine effectiveness, gather feedback, and adapt to progress and changes throughout.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from sales new hire training to a continued onboarding experience for the Stage sales organization.
- Supplement the existing new hire training program with additional programming, such as 1:1 rep coaching, manager support, office hours, and more.
- Be the face of arenaflex for all agents across our SMB Stage Salespeople, providing exceptional customer care and technical support.
- Approach each opportunity for knowledge transfer as a chance to upskill, motivate, and drive positive change across the business.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and online training materials.
