As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems. You will research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You will also obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures.
