The Defect Elimination Analytics team at arenaflex is dedicated to creating a defect-free customer experience through the development of innovative technologies. Our mission is to rapidly identify defects, associate them with the necessary information to resolve root causes, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business and customer needs. To further expand our defect elimination program, we're seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join our team.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in partnering with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Research Scientists, Economists, Program & Product Managers. Your primary focus will be on providing insights into customer feedback, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our products, and assisting in feature engineering and model development.
