**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work in a remote full-time position, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home
* Use your bilingual Spanish/English skills to communicate with policyholders and provide support in both languages
* Use arenaflex's technology and systems to search for answers and information, and to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* Speak Fluent English and Spanish
* Must reside in New Jersey
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
* Must have open availability during operating hours
* Professional customer service aptitude is essential

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

**Home Setup Requirements**
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset
* Internet Requirements: A hardwired high speed internet connection. No wireless/ NO 5G internet packages
* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training
