**What You'll Be Doing**
As an Experienced Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English – Remote USA, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. A typical day in this role will involve:

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
* A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
