**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers in English and Spanish. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through training and professional development programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide solutions to customers in English and Spanish
* Develop knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing
* Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level
* Provide input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
* Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and conversing)
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
* Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
* Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
* Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer service role
* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
