As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and solutions expertise to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales growth
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
