**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of our company, providing legendary service to our customers and helping them navigate our website and online ordering process. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
