**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. **Key Responsibilities**

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
