**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
