**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers in both English and Spanish, and become a product and solutions expert. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, bilingual, and eager to learn and grow with our company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
