**Job Summary**
As a BD Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing daily phone and chat support to our financial professionals and clients. You'll be the go-to expert for all their questions and concerns, from brokerage accounts to compliance regulations. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide daily phone and chat support to financial professionals and clients, responding to questions and resolving problems related to brokerage accounts, trades, money movement, compliance regulations, available products, and industry information.
* Assist financial professionals and clients with system-related issues, providing training and education on software used to enter trades, view accounts, obtain research, and manage portfolios.
* Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required, including responding to incoming emails from financial professionals and customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is complete, precise, and communicated effectively.
**Who We're Looking For**
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and telephone skills required.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication experience.
* Self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, and able to multitask with attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications.
* Ability to acquire strong knowledge of business unit products, processes, and systems.
* Broker Dealer experience is a plus.
* Call center experience is preferred but not required.
* FINRA registrations (Series 6) required.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range: $19.47 - $35.19 / hour.

* Monday - Thursday 9:15am-6pm CST and Friday 8am-5pm CST.
* Training will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST.
