Executive Director of Product Management, Enterprise Platforms - Mobility. Responsible for leading the development of next-generation enterprise platform, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead a high-performing product management team and collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Requirements
• 10+ years of senior product management experience
• Experience building, scaling, and managing product management teams in rapidly evolving environments
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, agile development methodologies, and delivery of B2B and B2C software products for web and mobile
• Proven ability to manage end‐to‐end product lifecycles, including roadmap development, user experience, product delivery, strategy, and launch execution
• Experience developing and improving processes, metrics, documentation, and resource planning frameworks
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience driving product improvements, innovation initiatives, and quality enhancements
• Ability to understand complex technical products and analyze diverse data sources to support decision‐making
• Experience managing distributed teams, budgets, and operational processes
• Demonstrated capability in team leadership, performance management, and fostering effective cross‐functional collaboration
