Far North Dallas Area | On-Site | High-Impact Role

Compensation
$100K base (DOE)
Guaranteed bonus (15%)

A well-established, privately held land development firm in the Far North Dallas area is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Founder.
This is an opportunity to serve as the true right hand to an entrepreneurial, deal-driven executive in a fast-paced, relationship-based environment. The company has a long-standing reputation in its market and operates with a lean, high-performing internal team.
This role blends executive and personal support and is best suited for someone who thrives in a direct, non-corporate, high-accountability culture.
The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant will act as the operational anchor for the Founder — keeping him organized, prioritized, and focused on closing deals.
It is a business partner position that requires structure, discretion, and resilience with strong executive professionalism, polish, and presence.
The right person will:
Keep the executive aligned with daily priorities
Drive structure in a fast-moving environment
Protect time and calendar integrity
Ensure follow-through across multiple active projects
Integrate into both the business and personal ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Heavy calendar management and prioritization
Heavy inbox oversight (responding at executive direction)
Daily priority tracking and structured follow-up
CRM management
Meeting planning and coordination
Sitting in on meetings and tracking action items
Weekly project meeting participation
Call prioritization
Gatekeeping calendar and time with professionalism and authority
Personal Support
Coordinating family travel logistics (travel infrastructure in place)
Scheduling medical appointments
Managing select personal logistics
Occasional transportation support
The First 3–6 Months
The onboarding period will be immersive.
You will:
Sit in meetings
Visit project sites
Learn deal flow and business cycles
Build relationships with consultants and vendors
Study how the executive processes information and makes decisions
Context is critical to success in this role.

Work Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Fridays: Half-day
On-site presence required
Schedule mirroring for meetings or site visits may be required.

8+ years c-suite or HNWI executive support
