Event Marketing Senior Analyst, FedEx Digital Marketing
Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, growth-minded Event Marketing Analyst to support the
planning, execution, and analysis of high-impact events that generate sales opportunities
and strengthen brand presence. This role partners closely with Event Marketing leadership,
Sales, and cross-functional Marketing teams to ensure events are executed flawlessly and
deliver measurable business results.
Position Expectations
• Support the planning and execution of a wide range of events - including speaking
engagements, sponsored conferences, trade shows, and internal corporate
functions.
• Coordinate event logistics such as budgeting support, vendor management, staffing
coordination, invitations, and timelines in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Assist Event Marketing team in creating engaging event experiences that contribute
to lead generation, pipeline growth, and enterprise visibility.
• Assist in the evaluation of industry events by researching sponsorship costs,
audience demographics, competitor presence, and historical performance to
inform decision-making.
• Support contract administration, attendee registration processes, and the
maintenance of event listings and registration pages on company websites.
• Maintain event and attendee data across internal CRM and marketing platforms,
supporting post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to support sponsorship execution, messaging
alignment, marketing materials, and exhibit logistics.
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 20%), primarily domestic.
Desired Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, media production,
or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage
multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in measuring event
performance and impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and accountable
work style.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems, Monday.com or similar work
management platforms is a plus.
• Bonus: Background in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
