Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data. As a crucial member of our operations team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Business Teams, to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional client service. This is a full remote job, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents.
• Manage Corporate Activity Events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity.
• Conduct research on complex and escalated issues, performing testing and validation of new technology enhancements and company changes.
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Business Teams, through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with arenaflex's clearing team to resolve issues with fund companies, transfer brokers, contra organizations, and other external business partners.
