Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Enter required grant data accurately into our database system, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive student information.
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our data management processes.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support to our internal teams and external partners.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and preparing mailings, utilizing your knowledge of standard office practices and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing.
