- Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications

- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy systems, including workflow, prescription filling, and inventory management
People and Performance Management
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring, training, and performance management
- Promote teamwork and motivate colleagues to achieve exceptional patient care and customer service
Training and Self-Awareness
- Maintain current licensure and certification requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Seek feedback and coaching from colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve performance
Essential Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the state of practice
- Experience with prescription filling, medication therapy management, and pharmacy operations
- Certified Immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting
- Experience with pharmacy software and technology systems
