Job Summary
The Enterprise Regional Director – is a dynamic and experienced cybersecurity sales executive responsible for driving revenue by identifying, consulting, and closing security managed services to healthcare providers either directly or through our channel partners. This role will have some customer accounts, net new logo accounts with hospitals with bed counts of 300 or greater, and non-hospital revenue of 500 million or greater.
Essential Job Functions

· Prospect daily using a variety of prospecting tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, local and events, etc.
· Consistently maintains a network of contacts within our target market.
· Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with targets through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods (e.g., cold calling, conference attendance, social media, public relations, drip campaigns, presentations, etc.).
· Prospects will include, but may not be limited to: Healthcare Providers, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Companies, any HIPAA liable organization.
· Initiate and develop relationships with key prospective partners and end-customers to identify and meet business objectives.
· Oversee and implement ongoing sales cycle, including market research, needs analysis, pitch and closing new business.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams – Channel Sales, Solutions Architects, Business Development Representatives, Operations, PMO, Engineering, RevOps, to ensure the right deal team is put together, prepped, and supporting the sales efforts.
· Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones.
· Track and report on progress and success through effective usage of SFDC and other automation platforms.
· Respond to RFPs, review MSAs and other contractual agreements, and work with RevOps team to create contracts and quotes.
· Commit to the adoption of the EOS System.
Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
· 10 or more years of sales experience required (5 years within healthcare); experience in healthcare security is preferred.
· Sales through channel partners and direct to end user experience required.
· Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and technologies preferred.
· Experience in business development, deal structuring and/or sales at the executive level, primarily CIO and CISO for healthcare providers, and direct reports, is required.

· Effectively utilize Salesforce and other automation applications to produce and create activity and sales reports.
· Develop strategies for territory management, revenue / quota attainment and territory growth.
