About the position
Responsibilities
• Support the ENT Catalog Supervisor in overseeing a team focused on building and maintaining high-quality catalog data for our largest merchant partners.
• Lead a catalog quality initiative from discovery to implementation — identifying a root cause, partnering with stakeholders to align on a fix, and driving adoption across teams.
• Review Red Pipe build escalations, vendor feedback, or merchant-submitted changes and collaborate with VMO or S&O to close quality gaps.
• Meet with specialists for 1:1 coaching or unblocking operational challenges during a catalog build.
• Own project updates in a cross-functional sync — aligning timelines, surfacing risks, and ensuring execution stays on track.
• Pull or review data to identify catalog issues and flag them for correction.
• Support internal process audits or workflow refinements to improve build consistency and reduce manual rework.
Requirements
• Prior experience in people management or technical operations is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and guiding a team through shifting priorities.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across the business.
