## Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily Simple Earn Flexible Products operation.
Monitor and resolve Simple Earn Flexible Products related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and execute user growth strategies including but not limited to user education, AMA, marketing activities to achieve user growth.
Explore marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners.
Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to maintain smooth product operation and marketing plan execution.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.
## Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, defi protocols, product management, marketing, or user growth.
Great logical thinking, communication skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner
Solid Understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn Products and Services, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends.
Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and writing skills.
