Position Overview
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to become the first point of contact for our guests. - Mail Handling: Sort and distribute mail to mailbox holders within the store, maintaining an efficient flow of internal communications.
- Equipment Operation: Confidently use copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and other office technology to fulfill customer requests and internal needs.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and work areas clean, organized, and hazard‑free; restock merchandise, arrange displays, and perform routine inventory checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates, supervisors, and management to meet daily targets, share insights, and support a positive workplace culture.
