Director, Field Marketing

The Director of Field Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic translation of brand vision into winning local execution for the US market for both Jägermeister and Teremana Tequila. This role serves as the critical bridge between brand strategy, sales, and trade marketing—ensuring that all centrally allocated programming – sampling, sponsorships, innovation, shopper programs, events and trade engagement/education are flawlessly brought to life in the market. The Director will lead cross-functional alignment, drive go-to-market planning and optimize activation to maximize brand performance across all local marketing channels.
