Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide employee relations and HR compliance strategies, proactively identifying areas of risk and delivering solutions before they arise. Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, including sensitive investigations, conflict mediation, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Analyze ER and compliance trends and metrics to surface meaningful insights and drive proactive, enterprise-wide initiatives. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, delivering guidance and targeted training to HR teams and business leaders across the organization. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Labor Relations, and Business Leaders to support company-wide initiatives and ensure the consistent application of policies. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SVP, Talent, and senior leadership on all matters related to employee relations and HR compliance. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth. Navigate complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving workplace situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Drive a consistent, equitable, and values-aligned approach to managing workplace issues across all channels and business functions. 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or related HR leadership roles, including a minimum of 5 years within a retail environment. Deep expertise in multi-state federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance, with a strong command of EEO, ADA, FMLA, and wage & hour regulations. A proven track record of leading and resolving complex employee relations matters, including sensitive workplace investigations. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership. Experience leading teams, managing organizational change, and navigating ambiguity in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to translate ER and compliance data into actionable strategies. A collaborative leadership style and proven experience operating effectively within matrixed organizations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. #LI-AZ1
