Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Deputy Director of Strategy. The Deputy Director of Strategy will be responsible for overseeing business planning, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals. The individual in this role will play a key part in advising senior leadership, crafting long-term strategies, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational plans.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop, implement, and oversee long-term organizational strategies and goals
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance to interpret data, develop forecasts, and generate actionable insights for decision-making
• Experience in Consulting or related fields with a proven ability to provide strategic advice and solutions to diverse challenges
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build cross-functional relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity
