Ketryx is an AI software platform that enables healthcare life sciences companies to ship life-saving regulated products in weeks instead of years. The Delivery and Success Associate will work closely with customers to manage safety-critical and regulated development processes, supporting them from onboarding through long-term partnership and helping to configure the Ketryx platform. Responsibilities - Support Customer Success: Partner with clients during onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform, helping them apply best practices for requirements, verification, and quality workflows - Configure and Support the Platform: Assist with configuring Ketryx to align with customer development processes, including requirements traceability, documentation workflows, and validation artifacts - Apply Engineering & Quality Thinking: Help customers reason through leaving evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes commonly used in regulated and safety‑critical environments - Troubleshoot and Problem‑Solve: Investigate technical and workflow challenges, escalate thoughtfully when needed, and follow through to resolution - Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to help improve the platform and internal processes - Support Quality & Compliance Efforts: Contribute to accurate, well‑structured documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and reinforce strong process discipline - Grow Your Technical Skill Set: Build fluency in regulated software development concepts such as requirements management, verification & validation (V&V), and the V‑model Skills - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience) - Familiarity with concepts such as requirements, verification & validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V‑model (academic or professional exposure is sufficient) - Curiosity about or comfort working in regulated, safety‑critical environments (medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.) - Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing - Comfort troubleshooting issues, asking good questions, and reasoning through complex workflows - Enjoys working across teams and building trusted relationships with customers and teammates - Prior regulated experience is a plus, not a requirement Benefits - Generous stock options possible - Generous PTO for full-time Company Overview - Ketryx is an AI‑driven compliance platform that automates documentation tasks and workflows for regulated product teams.
