The successful candidate will contribute to impactful projects that reinforce the company's external commitments to sustainability and community service, as well as its internal efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Human Resources, Social Impact, Non-Profit Management or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in CSR, DEI, fundraising, community engagement, sustainability, or a related field within a corporate, nonprofit, or agency setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for and understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data tracking platforms
