We are seeking an experienced Freelance Business Analyst with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and proven expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement operations, be fluent in English, and have experience working with international clients. This role may involve travel depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Dynamics 365 P2P implementation.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for procurement processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, compliance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business goals.
- Provide expert input on best practices for procurement in the pharma industry, ensuring GxP compliance where necessary.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must
- Proven track record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Procure-to-Pay) implementation.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, requisition-to-payment lifecycle.
- Experience working with global teams and international clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs
This is a role for a freelance (independent) consultant. Need is mainly remote with some occasional travel required. Start date ASAP.
