Engagement Overview
This role supports a six‑month migration initiative to transition customer Machine‑Readable Files from ClearIQ to Contract Manager. The consultant will be responsible for acquiring, validating, and delivering customer data required to support CMS Hospital Price Transparency compliance. The role operates within a structured program environment and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
Primary Objective
Ensure timely and accurate acquisition of customer data necessary to migrate CIQ MRF customers to CM MRF in alignment with CMS regulatory requirements and internal delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end data acquisition activities for assigned CIQ MRF to CM MRF migrations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the data collection process.

Request, receive, and track required datasets, including CDMs, EDI 835 and 837 files, claims, remittance data, and supporting reference files.

Review and validate incoming data to confirm alignment with Contract Manager ingestion and configuration requirements.

Identify data gaps or quality issues and work directly with customers to resolve them.

Coordinate with internal teams across Data Onboarding, Product, Program Management, and Support to ensure successful handoff and downstream processing.

Maintain accurate documentation, status tracking, and reporting for assigned customers.

Proactively manage risks and escalations related to data readiness or delivery timelines.

Customers provide complete and conforming data within established timelines.

CIQ MRF to CM MRF migrations progress according to program milestones.

Data issues are identified early and resolved with minimal rework.

Internal teams receive validated, ready‑to‑use data.
