Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Starting as a basic CSR Phone Agent and transitioning to making calls on early stage delinquencies, utilizing excellent customer service skills to resolve issues and collect payments.
- Collecting payments on live and terminated accounts via phone pay, quick collect, and letters, handling outstanding balances due to past due payments, lease end charges, deficiency balances, or total loss amounts.
- Negotiating payment solutions with customers who need assistance and following up on pending actions or expired payment arrangements.
- Providing exceptional customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers, demonstrating phone courtesy and professionalism.
- Managing a queue of assigned accounts and performing skip tracing activities to locate customers and collateral when contact is challenging.
- Collaborating with internal and external groups to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, offering feedback and recommendations on process improvements and training materials.
- Maintaining corporate standards and compliance requirements, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
