Where You’ll Work This is a fully remote position with occasional in‑person training sessions and collaborative meetings. You’ll be based in Florida, within a reasonable commute of our hub at Temple Terrace, FL (7701 Telecom Pkwy). The role requires up to three weeks of onsite training for new hires and periodic onsite collaboration throughout the year. Remote Work Essentials - A dedicated, quiet workspace that meets arenaflex’s home‑office standards. - High‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps wired connection). Wireless, satellite, or DSL connections do not meet our reliability requirements. - Company‑provided computer equipment, set up and maintained by you. - Ability to self‑manage, stay organized, and thrive in a virtual environment. - Compliance with periodic home‑office audits via webcam to ensure a professional environment. Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table Essential Requirements - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of proven customer service experience. - Sales Background: At least one year of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets. - Complex Issue Resolution: Proven track record handling escalations, billing disputes, and technical product Q&A. - Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays—to align with business needs. - Home‑Office Compatibility: Meet all logistical requirements for a remote workstation in Florida. Preferred (Even‑Better) Qualifications - Additional degree or certifications in communications, business, or related fields. - Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with arenaflex’s product portfolio and a solid understanding of network solutions. - Demonstrated success promoting and upselling services in a high‑volume call environment. - One or more years of dedicated retention experience, especially with high‑value accounts. - Residency within a 75‑mile radius of the Temple Terrace hub, ensuring easy access for in‑person training and occasional meetings.
