Creative Assistant / Design Intern Part-time · Fully remote (DFW-area preferred) Are you excited about graphic design, social media, and learning how creative work actually gets done day-to-day? We’re looking for a Creative Assistant / Design Intern to support our creative team with social media graphics, scheduling, and production support. This role is ideal for someone early in their creative career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is a hands-on role with real client work, lots of exposure to how campaigns and content are built, and intentional training and opportunities to grow as a designer, especially in social media. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Graphic Designer. What You’ll Do • Create social media graphics for clients and internal marketing • Schedule social media content and assist with content calendars • Implement provided design concepts into finished social assets • Assist with revisions, resizing, and versioning of creative assets • Manage and maintain organized files, folders, templates, and asset libraries • Support creation of digital ad campaign creative • Assist with general creative production and administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For • Current student or recent graduate in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field • Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and file management • Comfortable handling repetitive or detail-heavy tasks reliably • Interest in growing as a designer and openness to learning and feedback • Ability to follow creative direction and meet deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative, dependable, and flexible Details • Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week to start) • Remote work; DFW-area candidates preferred but not required • Paid position • Flexible schedule with clear expectations and deadlines • Real client work with room to grow creatively over time Why This Role Is a Great Fit • You’ll gain real-world experience managing and creating social media content • You’ll learn how creative teams operate behind the scenes • You’ll receive guidance, feedback, and training to improve your design skills • You’ll build portfolio pieces over time, especially in social media design • You’ll play a meaningful role in keeping creative work organized and moving How to Apply If you’re organized, creatively curious, and excited to learn by doing, we’d love to hear from you!
