You'll play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life, working on diverse projects from straightforward design execution to complex artwork origination and versioning. Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare print-ready artwork files across multiple media formats including POS displays, general print assets (brochures, flyers), digital assets (static and animated), and social media content
- Maintain creative integrity by ensuring all work aligns with original concepts and client briefs
- Work within brand guidelines and corporate standards to deliver consistent, on-brand materials
- Execute quality control processes using systematic and methodical approaches
- Perform image retouching and photography editing to professional standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets by accurately estimating and tracking time to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Complete administrative tasks including accurate and timely timesheet submission
- Adapt and version existing designs for different markets, formats, and applications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential:
- Considerable experience as a design and production-focused artworker
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Deep understanding of print-ready files, die-cuts, color/ink management, and 3D visualization
- Pre-flight and proofing expertise with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Photoshop and image retouching skills
- Fluency in English, Portuguese & Spanish
Preferred:
- Agency or production agency background
- Marketing technology systems experience (DAM, ad delivery platforms, approval tools)
- Basic motion graphics and banner animation skills
- Video editing and 3D modeling capabilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independent troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Service-oriented, methodical approach with strong organizational skills
