This is a remote position. Content Publishing & Outreach Specialist (AI-Driven Workflows) Php 25,000–35,000/month | Remote (Philippines) | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT preferred schedule If you understand how social media content actually gets executed — from scheduling posts and managing content calendars to handling daily publishing and outreach — and you are comfortable working inside AI-supported workflows, this role may be a strong fit. This is not a social media strategy role. It is an execution-focused role designed for someone who can take prepared content, review it for accuracy, and ensure it goes live correctly across platforms. During your shift, you may be the person responsible for making sure all content is published on time and outreach is completed without gaps. You will also help maintain the systems that keep content, outreach, and performance tracking organized. What You’ll Be Owning This role combines content publishing, outreach execution, and workflow organization. Your main responsibility is ensuring content goes live daily and outreach is executed consistently. You will take the lead on: Content Scheduling & Publishing Load and schedule content across platforms using Buffer. Review captions, links, hashtags, and formatting before publishing. Ensure all content goes live on time. Content Quality Check (QA) Act as the final checkpoint before publishing. Identify missing assets, mismatched captions, incorrect formatting, or broken links. Instagram Story Execution Design and publish Instagram Story sets using Canva templates. Each set must have a clear purpose and call-to-action. Outreach Execution (DMs) Send a minimum of 25 personalized messages per day. Review profiles, adjust AI-generated drafts, and ensure messages feel relevant and human. Follow-Ups & User Activation Track user progress and send follow-ups to users who have not completed onboarding. Share guidance or walkthroughs when needed. Pipeline Tracking Maintain outreach tracking in the CRM, including status updates, follow-ups, and conversions. Content Organization Maintain a clean content calendar and organized repository. Route ideas to the correct team member when needed. Performance-Based Adjustments Review AI-generated reports and adjust scheduling times or outreach approach based on performance data. How the Workflow Actually Works Prepared Inputs By the start of your shift, you will already have: - Draft captions and descriptions - Content ready for scheduling - Outreach message templates - A content gap report - Your role is to review, finalize, and execute. Publishing Workflow Content flows from: Client → Editor → AI → You (final review and scheduling) You are the last checkpoint before content goes live. Outreach Workflow AI generates drafts → You personalize → You send → You track responses Platform Scope You will manage content across: - Instagram (Feed, Stories, Highlights) - Substack (Notes) - YouTube and LinkedIn (as needed) - TikTok (future rollout) Tools You Will Use - Buffer - Canva - Instagram - Google Drive / Docs - CRM system - Loom - AI tools (for captions, outreach drafts, and reports) Autonomy During Shift During your 4-hour shift, you are expected to work independently and complete all assigned execution tasks. Team Collaboration Issues, gaps, and improvements are shared with the team regularly, but your primary responsibility is execution. Requirements This Role Is a Strong Fit If You: Have Social Media Execution Experience You have worked with scheduling, posting, or managing content across platforms. Understand Content Workflows You are familiar with how content moves from idea to publishing. Are Comfortable With AI Tools You have used tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar and can work with AI-generated outputs. Have Strong Attention to Detail You can identify errors before content is published. Can Personalize Communication You can adjust outreach messages so they feel relevant and not templated. Work Well Independently You can manage your tasks within a fixed schedule without supervision. Learn Tools Quickly You are comfortable adapting to new tools and workflows. Communicate Clearly in Written English Your communication is clear and professional. Hours, Pay, and Stability Part-Time Role: 20 hours per week Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (US business hours) preferred Compensation: Php 25,000–35,000 per month depending on experience Work Setup: Fully remote What Success Looks Like After 60–90 Days Content Is Consistently Published All scheduled posts go live on time without delays. Errors Are Minimal Captions, links, and formatting issues are caught before publishing. Outreach Is Consistent At least 25 personalized messages are sent daily with proper tracking. Content Pipeline Is Stable At least 3 days of content are scheduled in advance. Workflow Execution Is Reliable You can manage the full execution process without supervision. Trust Is Established The team relies on you to maintain daily output without follow-ups.
