Role Overview
NextGen Coding Company is seeking a Content Creator Intern who is comfortable on camera and interested in creating UGC-style video content for a B2B, enterprise audience.
This role is focused on appearing in short-form videos, reacting to ideas, explaining concepts, and helping communicate execution-level insights related to enterprise engineering, automation, and workflows.
This is not an influencer or lifestyle creator role. The tone is analytical, calm, and professional — closer to an operator or analyst than a social media personality.

• Recording short-form, talking-head videos (UGC style)
• Reacting to founder content and enterprise ideas
• Explaining concepts related to:
• Engineering workflows
• Automation
• Operations
• Systems design
• Participating in structured prompts (not improvisational vlogging)
• Appearing in multiple pieces of content per week
• Occasionally recording alongside the founder or team (when applicable)
What You’ll Be Doing (Off Camera)
• Helping plan and structure UGC content
• Reviewing founder content and identifying key ideas to respond to
• Assisting with basic editing or coordination with editors
• Organizing content files and submissions
• Supporting posting cadence and content consistency
