Our consultancy client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Content Coordinator to support a scalable content engine tied to Microsoft priorities. This role focuses on creating, organizing and optimizing enablement assets (case studies, one pagers, eBooks, sales decks) while ensuring compliance and alignment across partner channels.
This role is remote, 40/hours a week but this person must live in EST/CST and be able to work EST hours.
Requirements of the Content Coordinator:
-Excellent B2B writing/editing skills for content packaging
-Editorial judgment, collaboration, ability to translate technical content into business value
-Strong project management skills for aggregating and repurposing content
-Microsoft 365/SharePoint proficiency
-Editorial judgment, collaboration, ability to translate technical content into business value
-Manage editorial calendars, metadata, tagging and content discoverability
Responsibilities of the Content Coordinator:
- Produce enablement kits mapped to buyer journey; manage editorial calendar; ensure metadata/tagging for discoverability
-Maintain templates, style guides and performance KPIs
-Create briefs, talk tracks and internal primers; host enablement sessions
-Customer Evidence-Build case study pipeline; manage intake/reviews; publish stories with Industry alignment
