The Senior Complete Billing Systems (CBS) Technical Consultant is responsible for developing, configuring, and deploying ERP solutions while supporting application and system components through hands on programming, automation, database work, and cloud technologies. This role leads and executes key aspects of ERP implementation projects, working directly with clients to understand business requirements and configure ERP systems aligned to organizational objectives. The Senior Consultant collaborates with internal and client teams to ensure successful project execution.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Develop, test, and debug applications written in C# to support CBS implementation and customer solutions.
Use Visual Studio Code to write, execute, and troubleshoot application code.
Perform database activities using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Design and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate technical tasks and manage Windows system configurations.
Manage Windows file and directory structures.
Review and analyze application and system logs to diagnose technical issues.
Use GitHub to version, manage, and share code repositories and reusable components.
Access and work within remote environments using Remote Desktop.
Support Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments used for Infor cloud applications.
Gather client requirements and translate them into CBS configurations and technical solutions.
Basic Requirements:
Experience participating in CBS or enterprise software implementation projects.
Experience working in technical consulting or solution delivery role.
Experience collaborating with clients and cross functional internal teams.
Experience delivering technical work within defined project scope and timelines.
Ability to document technical solutions, configurations, and implementation outcomes.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience supporting or implementing Infor CBS or Infor CloudSuite applications.
Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
Experience providing technical mentorship or peer guidance.
Experience supporting client-facing implementations in a consulting delivery model.
Remote (Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA preferred)
