Job Description
>> Support the operation and maintenance of customer global cloud network infrastructure, including backbone routing, top-of-rack (TOR) switching with Juniper and Cisco, VPN services, and application delivery controllers (ADCs).
>> Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including urgent operational events.
>> Participate in the 247 on-call rotation as part of the Network Operations Engineering team.
>> Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible, GitLab) to help manage declarative infrastructure at scale.
>> Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patching, and version control.
>> Monitor network metrics (e.g., capacity, latency, availability) and escalate concerns proactively.
>> Assist with network operations across private and hybrid multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
>> Collaborate with SRE and other teams to improve reliability and operational processes.
Requirements
>> 6-8 years of experience in cloud network engineering.
>> Proficiency in backbone routing, TOR switching with Juniper and Cisco, VPN services, and ADCs.
>> Experience in using automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab.
>> Familiarity with private and hybrid multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
