We’re a small Texas law firm that’s already using Claude (Anthropic) on a Team plan for daily legal work — drafting pleadings, reviewing medical records, client communications, case strategy, and staff task management.
We have a five-project structure built out with system prompts, active Dropbox and Microsoft 365 connectors, and dozens of workflows in production. We’re not starting from zero. But we’ve hit the ceiling of what we can optimize on our own and need an experienced Claude consultant to take us to the next level.
What we need (in priority order):
1. System prompt optimization — Audit and rewrite our five Project system prompts so they produce higher-quality, more consistent output for our specific legal tasks. This is the #1 priority. You need to understand how Claude Projects work at a detailed level.
2. Staff training — Train our non-technical support staff (paralegal, case managers, records specialist) on how to use Claude effectively within our Project structure. This means live Zoom sessions, not documentation dumps. Our staff needs to learn what to upload, how to prompt, which Project to use, and what to verify before using output.
3. Knowledge base strategy — Help us manage context window limitations when working with large medical records and case files. We use a two-tier approach (permanent templates in Projects, case docs uploaded per-conversation) but need help optimizing it.
4. Document pipeline evaluation — Assess whether we need an API-level document processing pipeline (e.g., Amazon S3 or Dropbox-to-Claude via the Anthropic API) for batch processing large record sets, or whether our current setup is sufficient. If we need it, scope and build it.
5. Ongoing optimization — As Claude’s capabilities evolve, help us adapt. New features, new connectors, better prompts.
You’re a strong fit if you:
∙ Have set up Claude Projects and written detailed system prompts for a business or professional services firm
∙ Have trained non-technical users to use Claude effectively
∙ Understand the Anthropic API, MCP connectors, and Claude’s current capabilities and limitations
∙ Can communicate clearly with people who are not developers
∙ Have experience with legal tech, law firms, or similar professional services (strongly preferred, not required)
