• *Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Digital Risk Officer. The individual in this role will oversee and implement digital risk management strategies to address market risks, ensure enterprise risk management alignment, and maintain regulatory compliance. They will analyze and assess digital risks and develop strategies for mitigation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. The role also includes creating frameworks and tools that will support the organization’s goals while safeguarding its digital initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Market Risk and Enterprise Risk Management
• Strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance and adherence to industry standards
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively
• Proficiency in Finance concepts to support strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional risk management frameworks
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in digital transformation or technology-driven environments is an advantage
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
