Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a service driven and solutions focused Contact Center Consultant I to join our Branch Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members reaching out through phone, chat, email, and video, ensuring exceptional service with every interaction. You will assist members with account needs, load consumer loan applications, and provide education on credit union products.

- Assist members with account needs, load consumer loan applications, provide education on credit union products, and help resolve inquiries with professionalism and care
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to actively listen, educate, and provide tailored solutions and proactively consult on our Credit Union's products and services
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with a focus on empathy and positive regard
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Attention to detail with the ability to make sound, logical decisions based on credit union policies
- Proficiency using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- One year of customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior call center experience preferred
