They are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support local growth through outreach, events, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients and contacts in Austin
- Plan, coordinate, and execute small private events (dinners, meetups, networking)
- Manage personalized outreach and invitations (1:1 messaging, follow-ups)
- Build and maintain relationships with local founders, operators, and decision-makers
- Assist in email outreach and follow-ups to support event invitations and lead generation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Maintain and update CRM and contact lists
- Support day-to-day business operations
Skills
- Based in Austin, TX
- Comfortable commuting to North Austin (near The Domain area) for in-person activities
- Strong communication skills in English
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, events, or related areas (internships or project experience are welcome)
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable interacting with people and building relationships
- Execution-oriented mindset (getting things done > planning)
- Interest in startups, business, and networking
