- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: From sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the needs of the U.S. market.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and optimize selection processes.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to identify top talent.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific profiles and requirements.
- Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.-based positions.
- Language Proficiency: English Level B2–C1 (Mandatory). You will communicate daily with English-speaking managers and candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Core Competencies: Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
