Current report template in Excel (will share)

What we need:
Data modeling layer in BigQuery
8-10 Metabase dashboards covering: contact volume & support metrics, refund/chargeback ratios by product and card network, processing & backlogs, online reputation, subscription health, staffing model
Automated weekly Slack/email summary of key metric changes
Documentation so our team can maintain it
Must-have skills:
BigQuery SQL (advanced — window functions, CTEs, partitioning)
Experience with at least one modern BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, Metabase)
Data modeling for analytics (star schema, etc.)
