In this position, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive service and solution support within the Vendor Experience area. Our Advisors are dedicated to driving profitability while meeting revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets. Your expertise in this specialized area will empower you to collaborate with team members to effectively promote and sell products and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Enhance customer experience by building rapport, demonstrating empathy, and providing tailored solutions.
• Efficiently process sales transactions for both online and in-person orders, and assist customers with returns and exchanges.
• Meet and exceed individual and team goals while enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge and continuous learning to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay informed about promotional initiatives and contribute to profitable growth during critical business periods.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including in-store consultations, phone, and online chat.
• Identify future opportunities by understanding customers’ deeper needs and fostering lasting relationships.
• Commit to ongoing learning and skill development to support our customer-centric culture.
• Maintain the readiness and presentation of assigned merchandise to serve customers effectively.
• Provide feedback on products and customer interactions with vendor partners and market teams.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource and product champion for the specified vendor offerings.
• Train and mentor coworkers on new vendor technologies and services.
• Utilize vendor-provided devices to enhance product knowledge and comprehension.
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a specialist in premium or complex technology solutions is a plus.
• One year of experience in the consumer electronics field.
