ALM Solutions Architect

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated pre-sales Solutions Architect to join the Commercial Team of our Asset Lifecycle Management Business Unit. As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and designing cutting-edge solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on hardware asset management services and end-to-end workplace IT solutions. You will be a subject matter expert in all areas of lifecycle and supporting services enabling technologies and tooling (device lifecycle management/DaaS, device configuration, disposal services, break/fix) in an ITIL framework. If you are a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and a track record of delivering exceptional results in the realm of IT service solutions, we invite you to be a key player in shaping the future of our client's success. As part of the Services pre-sales team, the ALM Solutions Architect is responsible for the detailed assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, and cost calculations.
