Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using modern tools and technologies
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation
- Build and iterate on prototypes and MVPs to support new product ideas
- Work across the full stack, including backend, database and frontend development
- Integrate new features and support testing and release processes
- Create tailored software solutions for hospitality and management operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience or strong interest in working with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Python and database management
- Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and documentation
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on fast iteration and practical solutions
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
